I love to sleep. It’s that simple. To say I was apprehensive at the concept of losing sleep when I had my own children, is an understatement.
Like most parents, we muddled through. Researching online while sleep deprived, the overriding sleep solution for weary parents however, seemed to be methods which heavily relied on a child getting upset in the process.
I wish I'd known then what I know now. I don't want any other parent to be faced with feeling like there are no other solutions when it comes to their child's sleep. I feel like shouting it from the rooftops:
“Your family can get more sleep without leaving your child alone to cry. There are gentle, responsive solutions out there.”
